NRG UPGRADE is Hiring an Office Bookkeeper Near Los Angeles, CA
We are looking for a creative and reliable self-starter to join our team as our bookkeeper. We are a fast paced, growing construction company. The successful candidate will develop personal relationships with clients, handle all billing and invoicing responsibilities, and maintain a friendly working environment. This position is ideally suited for someone who enjoys working in a detail oriented office setting with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Enter financial information into spreadsheets, databases, and/or accounting software (ideally have experience using Quickbooks)
- Analyze and verify balances.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Schedule payments and deposits.
- Monitor cash flow and bank balances.
- Conduct research on legal and tax issues related to financial matters.
- Perform various clerical duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.34 - $25.21 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
